Creating beautiful places for living

In 1998, the first of the group's companies focused on providing design services to external clients was created out of enthusiasm and a vision to create a top company. The entrepreneurial instinct, passion and diligence of father and son became the cornerstones of success and led to the founding of other companies that expanded the group's activities to include development, construction and real estate activities.

Today, we focus on residential development in Prague and its surrounding areas. We prepare and execute projects ranging from apartment buildings and family homes to large-scale, urban-shaping developments that offer a new quality of life. We place a strong emphasis on timeless architecture, functionality, precise craftsmanship, and sensitive integration into the surrounding environment. Our goal is to create places that hold value both today and for future generations—all while remaining a Czech, family-owned group.

Our values

Hidden in nature, people and architecture. The beauty is all around and it's up to us to find it. We like to be surrounded by beautiful things and spend time where we feel good. We create charming places to live, to which you like to return.

BEAUTY

We analyze our steps, activities and projects from all aspects and down to the smallest detail. A clear vision, a well-thought-out intention and fixed goals are the basis for the success of any project. From the introductory idea and sketch on paper to its completion.

WISDOM

We create attractive and safe places to live and work, which brings joy to its surroundings. We design projects so that they fit perfectly into the city's infrastructure and the existing environment, appropriately complete it and become a welcome part of it.

ENVIRONMENT

Our activities, financing and ownership structure are fully transparent. We rely on trust, ethical principles and a fair approach to employees and business partners, with whom we strive to build long-term and mutually beneficial relationships.

CLARITY

We create timeless projects in which we respect our responsibility to the people and the environment around us. We apply the principles and elements of a sustainable future and design and build them to withstand the ravages of time in terms of architecture, materials used, quality of workmanship and environmental impact.

TIME

We are a team of professionals who pursue a common goal and share experience, insights and skills. This is the only way revolutionary ideas can arise and become the basis for the creation of other beautiful places for living.

INTERPLAY

Our vision

We create unique projects that improve the quality of life and the environment in which they are located and become a welcome part of it. We put added value in them from the point of timeless architecture, functionality, precise design and sensitive integration into the surrounding environment.

We create BEAUTIFUL PLACES FOR LIVING that bring joy to their users and surroundings.
